Terms & Conditions, Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of all products and services offered by BoldMe (Pty) Ltd, including EARN™, other online courses, business mentorship programmes, leadership development programmes, workshops and consulting services. By purchasing or accessing any BoldMe product or service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. About BoldMe

BoldMe (Pty) Ltd is a South African leadership development and business education company providing executive mentoring, business mentorship, digital learning programmes, workshops, keynote presentations and practical business resources.

3. Delivery Policy

EARN™ is a self-paced online course delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, customers receive a payment confirmation and course-access instructions. Access to EARN™ and its digital materials is normally granted immediately. Other programmes are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated, with access normally granted immediately or within one business day. Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and for checking their spam or junk folder.

4. Refund Policy - EARN™ Online Course

BoldMe offers a 100% refund of the EARN™ course purchase price when a valid written refund request is received at info@boldme.co.za within seven (7) calendar days of the purchase date. Because EARN™ and its digital materials are made immediately accessible after payment, no contractual refund will be available after the seven-day period. This does not limit any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law. Duplicate or incorrect charges, and a failure by BoldMe to provide the purchased access, will be corrected as required by applicable law. Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method.

5. Cancellation Policy

A purchase of EARN™ may be cancelled by submitting a written refund request within the seven-day refund period described above. After that period, the course cannot be cancelled or refunded because access to the complete digital product has already been provided.

Scheduled mentorship programmes may be cancelled before commencement by written notice and will be considered under the terms presented at purchase and applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All programme materials, including the EARN™ Business Education System, videos, workbooks, templates, presentations, frameworks, AI prompts and downloadable resources remain the intellectual property of BoldMe and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or resold without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer

BoldMe (Pty) Ltd provides education, mentoring and professional development services.

Individual outcomes vary depending on implementation and commitment. BoldMe (Pty) Ltd does not guarantee specific financial, business or employment outcomes.

8. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with BoldMe’s Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law, including POPIA where it applies. Information may be used to process payments, create and manage course access, deliver services, communicate with customers, provide support and comply with legal obligations. BoldMe (Pty) Ltd does not sell personal information.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
