After 28 years in banking, I understood how businesses make money — and why most fail. I also lived the reality of the sandwich generation, balancing children, aging parents, and a demanding career. To stretch my salary, I tried network marketing and even bought a long-distance truck. That venture taught me a hard truth: without market research and a solid business model, effort isn't enough. I sold the truck and returned to work.
Seven years ago, an organisational restructure ended my corporate career. Starting with zero capital, I used my real-world skills to build an R20-million renewable energy pipeline, closed a six-figure consulting deal within six months, served on the board of trustees for two community wind farms, and was selected for four prestigious business accelerators.
EARN was born from a simple desire: to reach more women, faster, with no limits on where they live. I knew the way to do that was online. So I set out to learn the whole online business model — going down the rabbit hole of online courses, then mastering digital marketing, sales and landing pages, high-converting webinars, building online courses, and mentoring women online.
